How can I pay for my appointment?

You can pay via EFTPOS on site or if you choose to pay in cash I ask that you bring the correct amount where possible.

Can I use my Private Health Insurance?

Yes, you can claim your private health insurance if you have physiotherapy extras. We will send you an email following your appointment with your paid invoice that you can use to claim your private health rebate online or in your health funds app. Most health funds deposit the money immediately back into your account.

Can I use my EPC referral?

Of course. The EPC medicare referral program for complex/chronic conditions is great. The rebate will cover up to 5 allied health services per calander year. You will need your referral letter from your GP and will need to pay a gap fee but the subsidy usually covers $55.10 (as per July 2021).

What does an appointment cost?

Initial Appointment/New Injury (45 mins -1 Hour - $150.

This appointment is longer to allow me more time to fully hear your injury story & background, complete a thorough assessment and build a treatment plan.

Review Appointments (30-40 mins) - $105

Where are you located?

I have created a private space that works well as a physio room within my home in Torquay. There is also a waiting area just inside the front door for when you arrive.
